Daniel entered our lives at a critical juncture. Following a fall, my mother could not return to her apartment after leaving rehab. We were suddenly in a situation with little time and no information to guide us in deciding between group homes or assisted living. Daniel asked us a series of questions to clarify my mom’s needs, and promptly provided us with a list of potential placements in both categories. He escorted us on the necessary visits, and set up additional appointments with an array of price points for our consideration. We found him to be honest, realistic, and knowledgeable. Daniel’s approach was thoroughly professional, timely, and sensitive to our needs and we give TotalSenior.com our unqualified recommendation.
After an exhaustive search, both online and in person, Daniel was a lifesaver. He listens, asks relevant questions, and clearly understands how assisted living facilities work. He offered a few recommendations, and ultimately we decided on the one facility he originally highly recommended. He is a wealth of knowledge, follow through and support. I highly recommend using his company/services. After working in social services myself for over 20 years, it was a pleasure to come across someone who is so compassionate.
Daniel was a godsend!!! The hospital informed us they were basically kicking my mother out of the psychiatric ward at 10am the next day. We had no place for her to go to get the proper care she needed for her dementia. Daniel immediately addressed our situation and found an excellent living arrangement for my mother. She is very happy there and my family could not be more pleased with her living arrangements. Thank you Daniel!!!
