After completing her education, Julie returned to Los Angeles and immersed herself in the senior living industry, working as a Community Sales Director for several assisted living communities. While she excelled in her role, Julie realized that selling a single community often meant convincing families to choose a less-than-ideal fit.
This experience, coupled with her intimate understanding of seniors’ diverse needs, led Julie to adopt a personalized approach to senior care. She recognized that finding the right fit involves more than just touring facilities – it requires understanding each family’s unique circumstances, knowing what to look for, negotiating the best rates, and avoiding the pitfalls of being oversold.
