Face-to-Face Consultations

Work with someone you can trust.
We have an office space dedicated to helping families gain trust in the process through a personal connection with our team members.

Walk out with options.
We sit down with you to look at care options, financial planning, legal considerations, and more. We streamline the process and make sure you leave with information and an action plan for moving forward.

You don’t have to pay.
Our services are free for the seniors and families that we work with. Our team is compensated by care providers when their services are utilized by our clients, so we can provide the guidance your family needs at no cost to you.

Our team helps to find out what is going on with your loved one before we dive in to prospective solutions for your family. Before you leave our office, you’ll have all of the necessary resources and referrals you need to confidently move forward.
If your loved one is not in the hospital, you likely do not have a social worker or case manager to guide you through the process of setting up care options. Our community-based care management team helps seniors and their families, starting with a comfortable setting to come and learn about the options, including:

- Home Care
- Home Modification
- Home Health Care
- Hospice & Palliative Care
- Transportation Services
- Fitness & Training
- Assisted Living
- Residential Board & Care
- Memory Care
- Skilled Nursing Facilities
- Independent Living
- Relocation Services
- Elder Law Attorneys
- Medicare Insurance Specialists
- Geriatric Care Managers
- Financial Planning
- Medical Professionals
- Adult Day Health Care
- Low Income Care Solutions
- Support Groups
Walk-ins are welcome, but an appointment is preferred.
No. We understand that many families may not be able to coordinate a time to meet with us in-person. But for families who feel more comfortable meeting with someone to help guide these important decisions, we are happy to provide a welcoming atmosphere.
All consultations are free to the families and seniors we’re working with. We are compensated by care providers when their services are utilized by our clients.
Our job at Total Senior is to be an advocate and educator. Families going through the aging process of their elderly loved ones usually have no idea where to even start. They don’t know what questions to ask and are not sure who to trust. From the first contact, our team members are learning more about the senior and their unique needs so that we can recommend the best care options based on personality, limitations, financial resources, insurance, and more.
